Thank you for shopping with CNBooms. Our products are made on demand, which means each item is printed, packed, and shipped after your order is placed by our production and shipping partners.

Because each order must first go through production before shipping, the total delivery time usually consists of two parts:

Processing Time + Shipping Time = Estimated Delivery Time

1. Order Processing Time

In most cases, order processing time is:

2–5 business days

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays.

Processing times may be longer in the following situations:

  • Peak holiday seasons

  • High order volume periods

  • Temporary product shortages or supply delays

  • Incomplete shipping address information

  • Orders requiring payment or order verification

  • Orders containing products fulfilled by different production locations

If your order includes multiple items, some items may be produced or shipped separately.

2. Shipping Time

Once your order has been completed in production, it will be handed over to the shipping carrier for delivery. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, carrier, and local logistics conditions.

Estimated shipping times are generally as follows:

  • United States: approximately 3–8 business days

  • Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, and similar regions: approximately 5–15 business days

  • Other international destinations: approximately 10–20 business days or longer

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual shipping times may be affected by weather, holidays, customs clearance, carrier delays, address issues, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Any estimated delivery date shown on the product page, checkout page, or shipping confirmation email is only an estimate based on current production and shipping conditions.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed delivery commitments.

Total delivery time may include:

  1. Product production time

  2. Packaging and handling time

  3. Carrier transit time

  4. Customs clearance time for international orders, if applicable

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for CNBooms orders are calculated based on several factors, including:

  • Destination country or region

  • Product type

  • Quantity of items

  • Package weight

  • Available shipping methods

  • Current shipping carrier rates

Final shipping charges will be shown at checkout. Please refer to the shipping cost displayed during checkout as the final amount.

If CNBooms offers free shipping promotions, the applicable conditions will be stated on the website, promotional page, or checkout page.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will usually receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information.

Please note:

  • Tracking information may take some time to update

  • The tracking page may not show detailed movement immediately after the package is received by the carrier

  • International shipments may update more slowly during customs clearance or cross-border transit

  • Tracking visibility may vary depending on the destination country or carrier

6. Split Shipments

If you purchase multiple items in one order, they may be shipped separately for reasons such as:

  • Items being produced at different production locations

  • Different product categories

  • Different production completion times

  • Packaging or carrier arrangement requirements

If your order is split into multiple shipments, you may receive more than one tracking number. Split shipments will not result in additional shipping charges unless otherwise stated at checkout.

7. International Orders, Customs Duties, and Import Taxes

For orders shipped outside the United States, your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance fees, or other charges when it reaches the destination country or region.

These charges are usually determined by the destination country’s customs or tax authorities and are typically the responsibility of the recipient.

CNBooms does not control these charges and cannot guarantee whether additional fees will apply.

Please note:

  • International orders may be subject to customs clearance

  • Customs clearance may cause delivery delays

  • Tax and duty regulations vary by country or region

  • If customs or the carrier requires payment of duties or taxes, the customer is generally responsible for paying them

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order.

Be sure to check:

  • Recipient name

  • Street address

  • Apartment, unit, or building number

  • City, state/province, and postal code

  • Country or region

  • Contact information

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, and the package cannot be delivered, is returned, delayed, or lost, CNBooms is generally not responsible for reshipping or refunding the order.

If the order has not yet entered production or shipping, we will do our best to help update the address. However, once the order has entered production, packaging, or shipping, address changes may no longer be possible.

9. Delivered but Not Received

If the tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check:

  • Your mailbox

  • Your front door

  • Reception or front desk

  • Parcel locker

  • Building management or mailroom

  • Whether a family member, roommate, or neighbor accepted the package

  • Whether the carrier left a delivery notice

If you still cannot locate the package, please contact the local carrier as soon as possible. In some cases, we may ask you to provide the carrier’s investigation result or case number so we can assist further.

If the package is confirmed lost due to carrier-related issues, we will assist in requesting a replacement or exploring another appropriate solution depending on the situation.

10. Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occur due to:

  • Peak holiday shopping periods

  • Severe weather

  • Carrier processing delays

  • Customs clearance delays

  • Congestion in the destination country or region

  • Incomplete address information

  • Force majeure or other unforeseen circumstances

Shipping delays are generally not considered product quality issues and do not automatically qualify for a refund. However, if your package shows unusual delay or no tracking updates for an extended period, please contact us and we will assist in checking the shipment status.

11. Peak Season and Holiday Notice

During Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, New Year, and other peak shopping periods, production and shipping times may be longer than usual.

If you need your order by a specific date, we recommend placing your order as early as possible.

CNBooms cannot guarantee delivery by holidays, birthdays, events, or other special dates unless explicitly confirmed in writing on the website or by customer support.

12. Order Security and Verification

To help protect customers and prevent fraudulent transactions, some orders may require additional review or verification.

If there is anything unusual about your order information, we may contact you using the email address provided at checkout. Please check your email promptly, as delayed responses may affect your order processing time.
