Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with CNBooms. We want you to love every item you receive.

Our products are made on demand, which means each item is printed, packed, and shipped after your order is placed. Because of this production model, our return and exchange policy may be slightly different from traditional inventory-based stores.

However, we understand that apparel items may sometimes have sizing or preference issues. For eligible orders, we offer a one-time exchange for non-quality-related reasons.

1. Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

This includes:

  • Damaged items

  • Printing errors or print quality issues

  • Incorrect item received

  • Wrong size, color, or style compared with your order

  • Missing items from your package

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the package, if applicable

  • Whether you prefer a replacement, exchange, or refund

Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a free reprint, replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.

2. Exchanges for Non-Quality Reasons

If there is no quality issue with the item, but you would like to exchange it due to size, color, or personal preference, we may offer a one-time exchange for eligible orders.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order

  • Each order is eligible for one non-quality-related exchange only

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and free of odors, stains, or visible signs of use

  • The item should be returned in its original packaging whenever possible

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable

  • Exchange availability may depend on size, product, and production conditions

Please note that non-quality-related reasons are generally not eligible for refunds. If you are unsure about sizing, we recommend checking the size chart on the product page before placing your order.

3. Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

We usually cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds in the following cases:

  • The item has been worn, washed, damaged, or used

  • The item has perfume, smoke odor, sweat marks, stains, pet hair, or other signs of wear

  • You contact us more than 30 days after receiving your order

  • The shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete

  • The package is marked as delivered but was lost due to customer-side handling or storage issues

  • A non-quality-related exchange has already been used for the order

  • Clearance items, final sale items, or products specifically marked as non-returnable

If your item has a quality issue, please contact us and we will help resolve it according to this policy.

4. Size Notice

Different apparel styles, materials, and fits may have slight sizing differences. Size charts are provided as a reference, and minor measurement variations may occur.

If the item matches the size you ordered but does not fit as expected, we may assist with a one-time exchange under our non-quality-related exchange policy.

If you received a size that does not match your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will help resolve the issue at no additional cost.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived or the tracking information has not updated for an extended period, please contact us.

If the package appears to be lost in transit or has not been marked as delivered, we will help investigate and may arrange a replacement or another solution depending on the situation.

If the tracking information shows that the package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check:

  • Your mailbox, front door, package locker, or reception area

  • Family members, roommates, neighbors, or building staff

  • Any additional delivery details from the local carrier

In some cases, we may ask you to contact the carrier and provide a case number or investigation result so we can assist further.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, CNBooms is generally not responsible for reshipping or refunding the order if the package cannot be delivered, is returned, or is lost.

Please carefully check your shipping information before placing your order, including:

  • Recipient name

  • Street address

  • Apartment or unit number

  • City, state/province, and postal code

  • Country/region

  • Contact information

If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet entered production or shipping, we will do our best to help update the address. Once the order is in production or has shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

7. Return Instructions

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.

If your exchange request is approved, we will provide return instructions by email. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost for non-quality-related exchanges.

Items returned without prior approval may not be properly identified or processed.

8. Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card company, or payment provider.

For refunds caused by quality issues, misprints, incorrect items, or missing items, we will take responsibility according to the situation.

Non-quality-related reasons are generally not eligible for refunds, but eligible orders may request a one-time exchange under this policy.

9. Garment Care

To help extend the life of your apparel, we recommend:

  • Machine wash inside out with cold water

  • Do not bleach

  • Tumble dry low or hang dry

  • Do not iron directly on the printed area

  • Avoid prolonged high-heat drying

Proper care helps preserve both the fabric and the print quality.
